FLAG OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENTS
Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld announced today that the president has made the following nominations:
Naval Reserve Capt. William D. Masters, Jr., has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral (lower half) while serving as special assistant to the Commander, Naval Security Group Command, Fort Meade, Md.
Naval Reserve Capt. Craig O. McDonald has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral (lower half) while serving as executive assistant to the Chief of Naval Reserve, N095, OPNAV, Washington, D.C.
