Air Force, Washington, D.C. Kenne is currently serving as commander, Electronic Systems Center, Air Force Material Command, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass.

Looney has been nominated for appointment to the rank of lieutenant general with assignment as commander, Electronic Systems Center, Air Force Material Command, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass. Looney is currently serving as commander, Fourteenth Air Force; and component commander, U.S. Air Force Space Operations, U.S. Space Command, Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif.
