Naval Reserve Capt. Raymond K. Alexander has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral (lower half) while serving as commander, Third Naval Construction Regiment, Atlanta, Ga.
Naval Reserve Capt. Thomas L. Andrews III has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral (lower half) while serving as commanding officer, Naval Reserve AIRPAC Support Unit 0294, San Diego, Calif.
Naval Reserve Capt. Ben F. Gaumer has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral (lower half) while serving as director of health services, Naval Reserve Readiness Command, Region Mid-Atlantic, Washington, D.C.
Naval Reserve Capt. David L. Maserang has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral (lower half) while serving as deputy director of health services, Naval Reserve Readiness Command, Region Mid-Atlantic, Washington, D.C.
