GENERAL OFFICER ASSIGNMENTS

Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. John P. Jumper announced today the following assignments:

Maj. Gen. Craig R. McKinley is being assigned as commander, First Air Force, Air Combat Command; and Commander, Continental U.S. North American Aerospace Defense Region, Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla. McKinley is currently assigned as deputy inspector general of the Air Force, Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.

Maj. Gen. Jeffrey Musfeldt is being assigned as deputy inspector general of the Air Force, office of the Secretary of the Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Musfeldt is currently assigned as mobilization assistant to the deputy chief of staff, Air and Space Operations, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.

Maj. Gen. Michael P. Wiedemer is being assigned as director, Defense Commissary Agency, Ft. Lee, Va. Wiedemer is currently assigned as director, Requirements, Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

Brig. Gen. Marc E. Rogers is being assigned as deputy commander, U.S. Joint Force Command Joint Warfighting Center, U.S. Joint Forces Command, Ft. Monroe, Va. Rogers is currently assigned as commander, 49th Fighter Wing, Air Combat Command, Holloman Air Force Base, N.M.

Brig. Gen. (select) James P. Hunt is being assigned as commander, 49th Fighter Wing, Air Combat Command, Holloman Air Force Base, N.M. Hunt is currently assigned as special assistant to vice chief of staff, U.S. Air Force, and director, Task Force Enduring Look, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.

Brig. Gen. (select) Bradley W. Butler is being assigned as system program director, Multi-Mission Command and Control Constellation, Air Force Materiel Command, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass. Butler is currently assigned as deputy commander for Command and Control Enterprise Integration, Electronic Systems Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass.
