FLAG OFFICER ASSIGNMENTS
Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Vern Clark announced today the following flag officer assignments:
Navy Rear Adm. (lower half) Jeffrey A. Brooks is being assigned as fleet maintenance officer, U.S. Atlantic Fleet. Brooks is currently serving as deputy chief of staff for Fleet Maintenance, U.S. Pacific Fleet.
Navy Rear Adm. (lower half) Gregory R. Bryant is being assigned as deputy chief of staff for Fleet Maintenance, U.S. Pacific Fleet. Bryant is currently serving as deputy director, Fleet Readiness Division, N43B, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations.
Navy Rear Adm. (lower half) Michael A. Sharp is being assigned as deputy commander, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command. Sharp is currently serving as project executive officer, Mine and Undersea Warfare.
