FLAG OFFICER ASSIGNMENT

Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Vern Clark announced today that Navy Rear Adm. (selectee) John M. Kelly is being assigned as director, Programming Division, N80, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations. Kelly is currently serving as commander, Cruiser Destroyer Group Three.
