FLAG OFFICER ASSIGNMENT
Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Vern Clark today announced that Navy Rear Adm. (lower half) Hamlin B. Tallent is being assigned as director for operations, J3, U.S. European Command. Tallent is currently assigned as commander, Carrier Group One.
