Army Brig. Gen. Patricia L. Nilo, commandant, U.S. Army Chemical School, Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., to director, On-Site Inspection, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Fort Belvoir, Va., with a report date to be determined.
Army Brig. Gen. Robert J. Reese, deputy commanding general, 7th Infantry Division (Light) and Fort Carson, Fort Carson, Colo., to commanding general, U.S. Army White Sands Missile Range, White Sands, N.M., with a report date to be determined.
