Flag Officer Assignment
Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Vern Clark announced that Navy Rear Adm. (Select) William D. Sullivan is being assigned as vice director, J5, Joint Staff, Arlington, Va. Sullivan is currently serving as director for strategic planning and policy, J5, U.S. Pacific Command.
