General Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld announced today that the president has nominated Army National Guard Col. Charles S. Rodeheaver for promotion to the rank of brigadier general. Rodeheaver is currently serving as the commander, 122d Regiment (Regional Training Institute), Macon, Ga.
