General Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld announced today that the president has nominated Army Reserve Brig. Gen. David T. Zabecki for promotion to the rank of major general. Zabecki is currently serving as commander, 7th Army Reserve Command, Germany.
