General Officer Assignment
Army Chief of Staff Gen. Peter J. Schoomaker announced that Brig. Gen. Robert W. Cone, director, Joint Advanced Warfighting Program and Joint Lessons Learned Team, Institute for Defense Analysis, Suffolk, Va., is being assigned to director, Joint Center for Lessons Learned, U.S. Joint Forces Command, Norfolk, Va., with a report date to be determined. Cone was previously announced for deputy commanding general and assistant commandant, U.S. Army Armor Center and Fort Knox, Fort Knox, Kentucky.
