Army Maj. Gen. Michael D. Maples, commanding general, U.S. Army Field Artillery Center and Fort Sill, Fort Sill, Okla., to vice director, Joint Staff, The Joint Staff, Washington, D.C., with a report date to be determined.
Army Brig. Gen. David P. Valcourt, director of strategy, plans and policy, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3, U.S. Army, Washington, D.C., to commanding general, U.S. Army Field Artillery Center and Fort Sill, Fort Sill, Okla., with a report date to be determined.
