Naval Reserve Capt. Albert Garcia III has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral (lower half) while serving as assistant chief of staff, First Naval Construction Division, Norfolk, Va.
Naval Reserve Capt. Norton C. Joerg has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral (lower half) while serving as staff judge advocate, Naval Reserve Readiness Command Mid-Atlantic, Washington, D.C.
Naval Reserve Capt. Nathan E. Jones has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral (lower half) while serving as commanding officer, Naval Reserve Navy Information Office, Detachment 106, Encino, Calif.
Naval Reserve Capt. Carol M. Pottenger has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral (lower half) while serving as executive assistant, Vice Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C.
Naval Reserve Capt. Sharon H. Redpath has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral (lower half) while serving as commanding officer, Advanced Base Functional Component, Navy Supply Support Battalion Two, Quincy, Mass.
