Flag Officer Assignment
Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Vern Clark announced today the following flag officer assignment:
Navy Rear Adm. (selectee) Michael C. Tracy is being assigned as commander, Cruiser Destroyer Group Two (Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group), Norfolk, Va. Tracy is currently serving as director, Submarine Warfare Division, N77, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Arlington, Va.
