DoD Identifies Army Casualty
The Department of Defense announced today the death of a Soldier who was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.
Spc. Patrick D. Tillman, 27, of Chandler, Ariz., died April 22, in Afghanistan when his patrol vehicle came under attack. Spc. Tillman was assigned to the Armys 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, Fort Lewis, Wash.
The incident is under investigation.
