General Officer Assignment
Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld announced today that the president has nominated Air Force Lt. Gen. Duncan J. McNabb for re-appointment to the grade of lieutenant general with assignment as director for logistics, J-4, Joint Staff, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. McNabb is currently serving as deputy chief of staff, plans and programs, Headquarters United States Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
