Navy Vice Adm. Albert T. Church III, for reappointment to the rank of vice admiral and assignment as director, Navy Staff, N09B, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Pentagon, Washington, DC. Church is currently serving as Inspector General, Department of the Navy, Washington, D.C.
Navy Vice Adm. Robert F. Willard for reappointment to the rank of vice admiral and assignment as director, Force Structure, Resources and Assessment, J-8, Joint Staff, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Willard is currently serving as commander, SEVENTH Fleet, Yokosuka, Japan.
