Colonel James O. Barclay III, United States Army, for promotion to the rank of brigadier general. He is currently serving as Executive Officer to the Commander, Multi-National Force-Iraq.
Colonel Donald M. Campbell, Jr., United States Army, for promotion to the rank of brigadier general. He is currently serving as Special Assistant to the Commanding General, United States Army Recruiting Command, Fort Knox, Kentucky.
Colonel Dennis E. Rogers, United States Army, for promotion to rank of brigadier general. He is currently serving as Assistant Chief of Staff, G-3, III Corps, with duty as the G-3, Multi-National Corps-Iraq.
