The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Pvt. Brian K. Grant, 31, of Dallas, Texas, died Nov. 26 in Ar Ramadi, Iraq, when his unit was attacked by enemy forces using small arms fire. Grant was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, Camp Howze, Korea.
