The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Sgt. Trinidad R. Martinezluis, 22, of Los Angeles, Calif., died Nov. 28 in Baqubah, Iraq, when his 5-ton vehicle rolled over and pinned him underwater. Martinezluis was assigned to the Armys 201st Forward Support Battalion, 1st Infantry Division, Vilseck, Germany.
