Navy Rear Adm. Michael P. Nowakowski is being assigned as commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Atlantic Fleet, Norfolk, Va. Nowakowski is currently commander, Mine Warfare Command, Corpus Christi, Texas.
Navy Rear Adm. (lower half) Deborah A. Loewer is being assigned as commander, Mine Warfare Command, Corpus Christi, Texas. Loewer is currently vice commander, Military Sealift Command, Washington, DC.
