Rear Adm. Noel G. Preston is being assigned as Commander, Navy Region Europe/Commander, Maritime Air Forces, Mediterranean, Naples, Italy. Preston is currently Director, Navy Europe Programs, Resources and Support/Director Transformation Activities, Naples, Italy.
Rear Adm. (lower half) Derwood C. Curtis is being assigned as Director, Navy Europe Programs, Resources and Support/Director Transformation Activities, Naples, Italy. Curtis is currently Special Assistant to Commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, San Diego, Calif.
