General Officer Announcement

Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld announced today that the President has nominated Air Force Gen. Teed M. Moseley for appointment to the rank of general with assignment as chief of staff, United States Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Moseley is currently serving as vice chief of staff, United States Air Force, Pentagon, Washington D.C.
