Flag Officer Assignment

Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Vern Clark announced the following flag officer assignment:

 

Rear Adm. (selectee) Richard K. Gallagher is being assigned as director for operations, J3, U.S. European Command, Stuttgart, Germany. Gallagher is currently commander, Strike Force Training Atlantic, Norfolk, Va.
