Korea-U.S. Security Meeting Joint Communique Announced
Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and Republic of Korea Minister of National Defense Yoon Kwang Ung issued a joint communiqu today following the 37th Republic of Korea U.S. Security Consultative Meeting (SCM).
