GENERAL OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense William J. Perry announced today that
Lt. Gen. Richard F. Keller, United States Army, will be placed on
the retired list in his current grade. Keller will retire after
completion of more than 34 years of service. Since June 1993, he
has been serving as the chief of staff, United States European
Command, Vaihingen, Germany.
Keller was born on Dec. 25, 1938, in Havre, Mont.
