Flag Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld announced today that the President has nominated Navy Rear Adm. Robert T. Conway, Jr. for appointment to the grade of vice admiral and assignment as commander, Navy Installations Command, Washington, DC. Conway is currently serving as commander, Task Force Warrior, Norfolk, Va.
