General Officer Assignment
The Chief of Staff, Army announces the following officer assignments:
Brig. Gen. Kevin J. Bergner to special assistant to the President and senior director for Iraqi affairs, National Security Council, The White House, Washington, D.C. Brig. Gen. Bergner previously served as deputy commander, Multi-National Division-Northwest, Operation Iraqi Freedom, Iraq.
