Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld announces that the President has nominated:
Brig. Gen. James L. Snyder, United States Army Reserve, for promotion to the rank of major general. He is currently serving as commander, 99th Regional Readiness Command (Provisional), Coraopolis, Pa.
