Flag Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld announced today that the President has nominated Navy Capt. James W. Houck for appointment as Deputy Judge Advocate General of the Navy and appointment to the grade of rear admiral. Houck is currently serving as Special Assistant for Transformation, Office of the Judge Advocate General, Washington, D.C.
