General Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld announced today that the President has nominated Marine Corps Maj. Gen. Keith J. Stalder for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general and assignment as the commanding general, II Marine Expeditionary Force. Stalder is currently serving as the commanding general, Training and Education Command, Quantico, VA. |
