DoD Identifies Army Casualty
The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Lt. Col. Marshall A. Gutierrez, 41, of New Mexico, died on Sep. 4 in Camp Virginia, Kuwait, from non-combat related injuries. Gutierrez was assigned to the Area Support Group, Arijan, Kuwait.
The incident is under investigation.
