Asian-Americans in the United States Military during the Korean War
Many Asian-Americans also served in combat units in Korea. Some were recognized for bravery on the battlefield. Unlike in World War II when there was the Japanese-American 442d Regimental Combat Team, there were no separate Asian-American units during the Korean War.
