Every
weapons of mass destruction civil support team keeps its
civilian-model vehicles packed and ready to go at a moment's
notice. The teams use civilian vehicles because they can
be replaced more quickly in an emergency, and because
the teams most often coordinate their efforts with civilian
agencies. Photo by Staff Sgt. Kathleen T. Rhem, USA.
