The Navy Theater Wide Program

Capital T Drop Cap he Navy Theater Wide program continues to build upon the modifications we are making for the Navy Area Defense system to AEGIS ships and to the modified Standard missile. The upper-tier Navy Theater Wide system will further modify the missile for ascent, midcourse, and descent phase exoatmospheric intercepts. In addition, BMDO will work with the Navy to modify the AEGIS Weapon System to support the increased battlespace required for the improved, longer range interceptor. End of Article
