March 5, Noon - 1 p.m.
Dena Trakes of the September 11 Photo Project Exhibit gives a behind-the-scenes look at the exhibit's origins and growth, followed by a special narrated tour. The September 11 Photo Project is composed of over 3,500 photographs and commentary by professional and amateur photographers from around the world. Originating in New York City, the exhibit begins its national tour at the Women's Memorial.
March 10, 2 - 4 p.m.
Dressed For Battle, a Just 4 Kids program, lets children discover the patriotism and courage of America's servicewomen, from the American Revolution to the present, by meeting them face to face and hearing their stories. Reservations required and nominal fee.
March 12, Noon - 1 p.m.
Retired Army Lieutenant General Claudia Kennedy talks about her new book "Generally Speaking: A Memoir of the First Woman Promoted to Three-Star General in the United States Army." Book signing to follow.
March 14, 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
DOD's "Women Sustaining the American Spirit" Women's History Month commemorative program with the Honorable Susan Livingstone, Under Secretary of the Navy, and Memorial Foundation President retired Air Force Brigadier General Wilma L. Vaught. Reception to follow. Click for Details.

Retired Army Brigadier General Clara Adams-Ender talks about her new book "My Rise to the Stars, How a Sharecropper's Daughter became an Army General." Book signing to follow.
March 27, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Opening of "Clandestine Women: The Untold Stories of Women in Espionage," a new exhibit on women's roles in the 'spy business.' The exhibit is produced in partnership with the National Women's History Museum.
