The Pentagon Observance of National Women's History Month 2002

The Under Secretary of Defense (Personnel and Readiness) will be hosting a ceremony in observation of Women's History Month. This year's theme is "Women Sustaining the American Spirit."

The time of this event will be 14 March 2002 at 2:30 p.m. et. The location will be at the Women In Military Service For America Memorial Ceremonial Entrance, Arlington National Cemetery.

The guest speakers for this occasion will be the Honorable Susan Morrisey Livingstone, Under Secretary of the Navy and Air Force Brigadier General (Retired) Wilma L. Vaught, President of Women In Military Service For America Memorial Foundation, Inc.

A reception will follow at the Hall of Honor.
