           Secretary of State John F. Kerry, Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Martin E. Dempsey will testify before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on the "Authorization of Use of Force in Syria" at 2:30 p.m. EDT, in room 216, Senate Hart Office Building, Washington, D.C.

           Deputy Secretary of Defense Ashton B. Carter has no public or media events on his schedule.

           Chief of Staff of the Army Gen. Ray Odierno hosts the Change of Command Ceremony for Army Cyber Command at 11 a.m. EDT, at the Parade Field, Fort Belvoir, Va.
