Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates and Deputy Secretary of Defense William J. Lynn have no public or media events on their schedules. 

The Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health & Traumatic Brain Injury (DCoE) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) will host the 2010 DoD/VA Suicide Prevention Conference:  “Building Strong and Resilient Communities.” The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency on Capital Hill, 400 New Jersey Ave., N.W., Washington, D.C., on Jan. 11-13 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST.  See press advisory for details.
