The Senate Committee on Senate Committee on Veterans' Affairs tentatively scheduled an OPEN hearing to receive the report of the Commission on Servicemembers and Veterans Transition Assistance. The commission is expected to deliver findings and recommendations on a proposed consolidation or coordination of health care functions for DoD and the DVA; and DoD's Transition Assistance Program. Witnesses expected to testify include Rudy DeLeon, Undersecretary of Defense (Personnel and Readiness).
