Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld, Secretary of the Air Force Michael Wynne and Chief of Staff Gen. T. Michael Moseley, deliver remarks at the Air Force Memorial Dedicaion at 1:30 p.m. EDT at One Air Force Memorial Drive, Washington, DC.

Deputy Secretary of Defense Gordon England has no public or media events on his schedule.

Secretary of the Air Force Michael Wynne, Under Secretary of the Air Force Ronald Sega, Chief of Staff Gen. T. Michael Moseley, Air Force Chief of Chaplains, Chaplain (Maj. Gen.) Charles Baldwin and Chief Master Sgt.
