Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld and Acting Deputy Secretary of Defense Gordon England have no public or media events on their schedules.

Rear Adm. Michael LeFever, director of the U.S. Disaster Assistance Center, will brief live from Islamabad, Pakistan at 1 p.m. EDT, Oct. 24, in the DoD Briefing Studio, Pentagon 2E579, to provide an update of ongoing operations in support of earthquake relief operations.
