Full Honor Arrival for President of Nigeria Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will host a full honors arrival ceremony to welcome President Olusegun Obasanjo, of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, to the Pentagon at 9:45 a.m. EDT, Thursday, Oct. 28, 1999.

The ceremony will be held on the River Parade Field of the Pentagon....
