NEW DACOWITS CHAIR NAMED Secretary of Defense William Cohen has appointed Vickie L. McCall as chair of the Defense Advisory Committee on Women in the Services (DACOWITS), effective Jan. 1, 2000. McCall succeeds Mary L. Wamsley in the non-salaried, one-year position.
