Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld and Air Force Gen. Richard B. Myers, Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff, deliver remarks at the United States Southern Commandchange of command ceremony between Gen. Bantz J. Craddock and Gen. James T. Hill at11:30 a.m. EST, in Miami, Fl.

Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz has no public or media events onhis schedule.

Lt. Gen. Thomas F. Metz, commander, Multi National Corps-Iraq, conducts a video and audio briefing from Iraqwith the Pentagon Press Corp at 1 p.m. EST in the Pentagon Briefing Room, 2E579.
