Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen continues his holiday visit to U.S. forces overseas. Highlights this weekend include broadcast of "Fox NFL Saturday" and "Fox NFL Sunday" from the deck of the USS Harry S. Truman and USO shows aboard the aircraft carrier on Saturday, at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, on Sunday, and at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo, on Monday. See the news release for details.
Deputy Secretary of Defense Rudy de Leon will speak at the Georgia Youth Challenge Academy Graduation ceremony in Macon, Ga. on Sunday evening, Dec. 17. See the press advisory for details.
The United States Navy Band will give its 2000 Holiday Concert at Washington's DAR Constitution Hall on Saturday, Dec. 16 at 7:30 p.m., and on Sunday, Dec. 17 at 3 p.m. See the Navy Band web site for details.
