Secretary of Defense Leon E. Panetta  gives a farewell address to the Pentagon community in the Center Courtyard of the Pentagon at 9 a.m. EST.  Journalists without a Pentagon building pass will be picked up at the Pentagon River Parking Pedestrian Bridge only.  Plan to arrive no later than 45 minutes prior to the event; have proof of affiliation and two forms of photo identification.  Please call 703-697-5131 for escort to the event.

Grass testify before the Senate Armed Services Committee on sequestration at 9:30 a.m. EST in Room G50, Dirksen Senate Office Building, Washington, D.C.
