CONGRESSIONAL:

The House is not scheduled to meet. The Senate will convene at 12:00 noon. At 3:00 p.m., the Senate is expected to proceed to consideration of S. 4, the Soldiers', Sailors', Airmen's and Marines' Bill of Rights Act of 1999. There will be no votes during Monday's session of the Senate, but votes could occur as early as Tuesday morning as amendments are offered and debated.
