Honor cordon for President of Azerbaijani Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will host an honor cordon to welcome President Heydar Aliyev, of the Azerbaijani Republic, to the Pentagon at 3:55 p.m. EST, Thursday, Feb. 24, 2000.
